The House is also home to the popular Art Lovers Café and Art Lovers Shop.
We are looking for a confident and ambitious Food and Beverage/Events Duty Manager with relevant operational experience of managing and running Weddings, Corporate and Private Events, Restaurant service; who can show versatility to assist across the Food and Beverage Department. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Operations and be responsible for directing and motivating our Food and Beverage Team, whilst providing company standards for service and product quality to be able to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
We would also expect the candidate to have high-quality background with excellent attention to detail, possess good communication skills, great attention to detail, to be enthusiastic, flexible and smart in appearance. You will also be an exceptional leader and would provide clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event. You would be driven to plan a strategy to accomplish goals and would be able to identify training opportunities, progress within the team.
We are looking for somebody who has passion for hospitality, to be looking to further their career, an outstanding team-player and has a hands-on operational experience of managing and leading a large Food and Beverage team.
