XRS is simulated trading prop firm operating globally.
We’re looking for someone who loves creating content, embraces AI, enjoys being on camera and wants to build brands that people will remember.
This is not a traditional social media job.
This is an opportunity to help shape global brands from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
* Create outstanding content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X.
* Plan, film and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
* Write compelling English copy that educates, inspires and converts.
* Build a consistent visual identity and brand voice across multiple international brands.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney and other emerging technologies to improve creativity and productivity.
* Analyse performance, test new ideas and continuously improve content.
* Work directly with senior leadership on branding, campaigns and creative strategy.

What We’re Looking For
* 2–5+ years’ experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Outstanding storytelling and communication skills.
* Professional photography, videography and video editing experience.
* Strong skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
* Experience using AI tools to create faster and better content.
* Confident presenting on camera and hosting live sessions.
* Creative, commercially minded, proactive and always willing to learn.
* Able to take ownership and work independently.
