- Provide practical wellbeing advice, guidance and signposting to appropriate internal and external support services, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time through a person-centred and needs-led approach.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the Members and Members' Staff Services Team, Office Manager networks, Trade Unions, and other internal and external partners, while promoting awareness and engagement with the wellbeing services available across the Parliamentary community.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, helping to strengthen wellbeing support for Members and their staff while contributing to Parliament's commitment to an inclusive, healthy and thriving workplace.
