Pay: £14.25 - 16 p/h (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a student with autism (aged 16–19) in a mainstream school. This rewarding role involves helping the student overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 academic support
- Assist the student in engaging with classroom activities and following their learning plan
- Work closely with teaching staff to monitor progress and encourage independence
- Support with personal care when required
Requirements:
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience supporting students with SEND is desirable but not essential
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS, or willingness to obtain one
