Part-Time Sales Assistant – Shop
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our shop team at ESSO MFG Mintlaw Service Station.
Main Duties:
- Serving customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Operating the shop till and handling cash/card payments accurately
- Replenishing stock and keeping shelves tidy
- Checking dates and rotating stock correctly
- Helping with deliveries when required
- Keeping the shop, till area and customer areas clean and well-presented
- Supporting daily shop routines and tasks
- Following company procedures at all times
- Maintaining high standards of customer service

- Flexible with shifts, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Available to work within shop opening hours of 6:00am to 10:00pm
- Willing to learn and follow company procedures
Previous retail, petrol station or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential, as training will be provided.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours
- Weekday availability required
- Weekend availability required
- Holiday cover required
- Morning, daytime and evening shifts may be required
- Shift times will be between 6:00am and 10:00pm
Please note: This is a part-time position and pay will be National Minimum Wage, depending on age and legal entitlement.
