Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations within t coffee / brunch establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage team members, including recruiting, training, scheduling
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company rules and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality
- Organise staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while adhering to labour regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
