Earnings
£26,525 basic salary with total earnings up to £27,425 including achievable performance bonus
Working Pattern
40hour working week Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Overtime may be required outside of contractual hours to support operational needs.
About the Valeter / Driver Role
As part of our Motorrad team, you’ll be responsible for preparing, cleaning and presenting motorcycles and customer vehicles to an exceptional standard. You’ll also support the movement of bikes on and off site, ensuring safe, efficient and professional handovers.
You’ll work closely with sales, service and aftersales, helping maintain the smooth running of the centre and contributing to an outstanding customer experience often creating that all‑important first impression.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes ownership of high standards and wants a stable position within a respected, premium motorcycle brand.
What you’ll be doing
- Vehicle presentation Valeting and detailing motorcycles and customer vehicles to a high standard
- Bike & vehicle movement Safely transporting motorcycles around the site and to external locations when required
- Team support Ensuring bikes are ready when needed, including occasional overtime during busy periods

- Full UK driving licence
- Full motorcycle licence
