What You’ll Be Doing:
As a core member of the production team, your day-to-day will involve:
- Machine Setup: Setting up, running, and maintaining production machinery to high standards.
- Tooling & Changeovers: Managing changeover parts, spares, and using basic hand tools.
- Maintenance Support: Carrying out basic preventative maintenance and logging downtime/repairs alongside the engineering team.
- Safety First: Completing risk assessments as required to keep yourself and your team safe.
- Flexibility: Supporting production demands with a positive, adaptable approach to working hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven background in machine operation with a knack for basic fault-finding.
- Capability: Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 25kg when required.
- Precision: High attention to detail and a strong understanding of task accuracy.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Drive: A positive, task-focused attitude with the ability to work confidently unsupervised.
