About the Role
As a Room Leader, you'll be responsible for creating an inspiring, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and flourish.
You'll lead your room with confidence, supporting and motivating your team while ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care and education.

Your responsibilities will include
- Leading the daily running of your room.
- Planning exciting, engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
- Supporting, coaching and motivating your room team.
- Creating a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observing, assessing and monitoring children's learning and development.
- Ensuring outstanding safeguarding and health & safety practices.
- Promoting inclusive practice and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
- Working closely with the Nursery Manager to continually improve the quality of care and education within the setting.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- At least one year's experience working in an early years setting.
- Previous leadership experience or the confidence and ambition to lead a room.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Hours
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- All-year-round role
