Join HBHR as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our Soho London office.
In this role you will generate, qualify and nurture leads for our Account Directors, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
You will research target industries, engage prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn, schedule high‑quality meetings and demos, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
You will work closely with Account Directors to refine strategies, meet KPIs for outreach, qualified leads and meetings booked, and stay up to date with HR and payroll industry trends.
The role offers a competitive base salary of £30,000‑£36,000 plus performance‑based bonuses, a clear progression pathway, ongoing training, a collaborative culture, company pension and private medical insurance.
