Location: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH per week
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and data-driven Podcast Growth Manager to take full ownership of our growing podcast operation. You will manage the end-to-end production and promotion of two episodes per week, while driving continuous improvement in reach, engagement, and performance across all channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on owning multiple moving parts, optimising processes, and using data to grow an audience and deliver results for both the show and our sponsors.
Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Production & Delivery (2 episodes per week)
- Source, outreach to, and schedule high-quality guests
- Coordinate with editors to ensure episodes are edited and published on schedule
- Distribute and publish episodes across all major podcast platforms
- Create and optimise short-form social clips for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Manage and optimise our twice-weekly newsletter
Ownership & Growth
- Take full ownership of the above tasks with a strong focus on improving efficiency and increasing views, downloads, and overall reach
- Regularly review performance data (downloads, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) and implement optimisation strategies
- Continuously test and improve content formats, promotion tactics, and distribution methods
Stakeholder Management
Sponsors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors
- Run monthly catch-up calls
- Proactively request fresh ad content and manage mid-roll ad placements
- Oversee sponsor landing pages and support lead generation activity through the podcast
Guests
- Provide guests with all necessary information in advance
- Send post-release assets and instructions (YouTube/Instagram collaborations, social sharing, content usage rights, etc.)
Internal & External Partners
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce the highest-performing content, measured by clear performance metrics
Website
- Upload and manage the latest episodes on the website
- Test and implement new content formats for both the show and sponsors
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and project management skills – you’re comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
- Experience in podcasting, content marketing, or social media management (previous podcast experience is a big advantage)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication skills – confident liaising with guests, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Creative flair for social content and newsletter optimisation
- Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a genuine interest in growing an audience
