Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join one of South West London’s most successful and highly regarded independent estate agencies.
Based in Richmond, you'll join an established, high-performing lettings team with an excellent portfolio of quality rental properties and a strong landlord and tenant database.
This is a particularly good opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who enjoys viewings, negotiating offers and putting deals together, without being weighed down by Property Management.

The Role As an Experienced Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Progressing agreed tenancies
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Identifying opportunities for new instructions and referrals
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Richmond lettings market
- Working closely with the wider lettings team
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
With an experienced internal Property Management department looking after managed tenancies, you'll have more time to concentrate on letting properties, working with applicants and landlords and generating new business.
About You We're looking for someone who already has experience working within residential lettings.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Confidence conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and personable approach
- Good commercial awareness and a desire to achieve
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude
- Good knowledge of the lettings process
- A full UK driving licence
