We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join the team at Pimp My Case in Westfield White City. If you’re confident speaking to customers, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for technology and accessories, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Sell phone cases, accessories and screen protectors while understanding customer needs.
- Assist customers with designs and personalisation options, providing basic graphic design support when required.
- Operate the printing machine, including refilling and adding ink when needed, with the ability to learn the printing process.
- Apply screen protectors to customers’ devices (full training provided).
- Process card and cash payments accurately.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Learn and understand the products, equipment and printing process to support day-to-day operations.
- Meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
