Vesper opened its doors in June and has been going strong ever since. With the incredible response and a consistently busy atmosphere, we're looking to grow our brilliant opening team with additional support. This position is a service lead role, focusing on the best ever guest experience and junior team training and education.

The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Assistant General Manager or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up.
- Natural leader with a confident, lead-by-example approach
- Skilled in team development and motivation
- Proven ability to meet targets and uphold high standards
- Passionate about food and wine
- Solid wine knowledge preferred (WSET Level 2 or 3 , but not essential)
- Eager to grow professionally within an ambitious and creative company
