Job Description
Due to the continued expansion of our workload, RELM Group Ltd is seeking experienced subcontractor Electricians to support our team across North Wales.
The role will involve electrical works across our planned and responsive maintenance programmes, larger projects and fire remedial works, predominantly for housing associations, local authorities and other organisations.
We are looking for professional and dependable Electricians who can work independently, communicate effectively with our operations team and other trades, and deliver a high standard of workmanship within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical works across planned and responsive maintenance schemes
- Completing electrical works associated with projects and remedial programmes
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs as required
- Working alongside other trades and RELM's operations team
- Ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with applicable requirements
- Working professionally within occupied and tenanted properties
- Maintaining safe and tidy working areas
- Completing works to agreed deadlines
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an Electrician
- Appropriate electrical qualifications, competence and registration for the scope of works being undertaken
- Own vehicle – essential
- Own tools and testing equipment – essential
- CIS Registered – essential
- Public and Products Liability Insurance with at least £2m cover – essential
- UK Driving Licence – required
- CSCS Card – preferred
- Relevant Health & Safety training
- DBS Check may be required due to the nature of our works
Pay: £120.00-£200.00 per day
