Proven track record of managing high-value customer relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering revenue growth and customer retention.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing discipline, forecasting, and financial performance management.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external decision-makers.
Experience working cross-functionally within matrix organisations to deliver customer and business outcomes
