Support North Northants (SNN)
£28,007 per annum | 37 hours per week | Kettering & Corby or Wellingborough & East Northants (hybrid, base: Wellingborough) | Fixed term to June 2027 (extension planned to March 2029)
Support North Northants is a VCSE-led community wellbeing service. Our motto is simple: we don't give up on people. We bring together voluntary, statutory and private sector partners to ensure vulnerable people get the right support, first time — and only have to tell their story once.
As a Community Link Worker you'll be at the heart of helping people access the support they need. Often the first point of contact for individuals and partners, you'll build trusted relationships and provide personalised support. More than signposting, you'll work alongside people to understand their goals, develop tailored support plans, and guide them through every stage of their journey.
