We are looking for a full time sous chef to assist the head chef at a well established independent pub restaurant, serving home cooked food. We are looking for someone who can
- Ensure the kitchen is kept to a 5 star standard
- All compliance paperwork is up-to date
- Maintain stock rotation and ensure we hit the maximum GP
- Responsible for all aspects of food preparation cooking and presentation
- Taking charge of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
- Good at working under pressure, ensuring food goes out within an acceptable time
Wage negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience. Wages paid weekly, hours based on a 40 hour week. Immediate start is available.
