Following a period of rapid growth—expanding from 50 to 150 team members in just a couple of years—we’re continuing our exciting expansion journey in 2025. We’re now seeking a driven, customer-focused Private Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our prestigious Rocket Centre office in Blackburn.
About the Role
As a Private Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for our private customers, delivering outstanding service and helping them select the right warranty cover. This is a fast-paced sales and customer service role, ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and is passionate about customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound sales calls from our Lead Generation team.
· Proactively follow up with current leads through outbound calling.
· Manage your own callbacks and sales pipeline.
· Overcome objections and provide tailored advice to both new and renewal customers.
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets (KPI-driven).
· Ensure all activity complies with GDPR and internal compliance standards.
· Maximise every opportunity and use initiative when quoting.
· Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
· Collaborate effectively with your team while working independently.

Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00am – 7:00pm (rota-based Saturdays)
Pay: £24,785.00 per year
