I'm looking for someone to become my Number Two. Not someone to simply run shifts while I'm off, but someone I can invest my time into, coach, challenge and develop into a future General Manager.
The Lock Keeper is a business that turns over more than £2 million every year. It's a fast-paced, high-volume operation with an experienced team and a fantastic reputation.
Over the next few years, I want to build someone capable of running a business like this themselves.
That means you'll learn far more than opening and closing the pub.
