Overview
We are seeking a senior Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to support mission-critical Army Voice Modernization (VMOD) programs, including SIP interconnection, E-911/NG911 systems, and PSAP integration.
Key Skills
- 10+ years Telecommunications Engineering experience
- 5+ years VoIP / SIP engineering
- E-911 / NG911 & PSAP integration
- SIP signaling, SBCs, call routing
- Wireshark for troubleshooting
- Ribbon Communications / Sonus / Genband
- Network and VoIP troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Support Ribbon Federal Edge deployment and integration
- Troubleshoot SIP and E-911 call flows
- Work with DISA VISP and Army PSAP environments
- Perform deployment validation and issue resolution
- Ensure reliable emergency communications routing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT or equivalent experience
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance (mandatory)
- On-site work in Winchester, VA (Mon–Fri)
Preferred
- DISA VISP / Army VMOD experience
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications
- NG911 public safety communications background
