Skilled Labourer – Commercial Construction

LABC Group Ltd is a rapidly growing principal contractor delivering high-quality commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects across East Anglia, London, and the Home Counties.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team and support the delivery of a wide range of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople on commercial construction sites
- General site preparation and housekeeping
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Basic carpentry and construction tasks
- Assisting with demolition and strip-out works
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining site safety and cleanliness
- Supporting project managers and site supervisors as required
Requirements
- Self-employed and able to provide relevant documentation
- Previous experience in construction or commercial property projects
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good understanding of site health and safety practices
- Experience using construction tools and equipment
Desirable Skills
- Carpentry experience
- Basic decorating skills
- Experience with commercial refurbishments and fit-outs
- IPAF, PASMA, or First Aid certification
