Job Summary
Relax Renew Refresh Wellness Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Director of Wellness Programmes to lead wellness initiatives, client programmes, and service development. This role is ideal for an experienced wellness leader who can design effective health, wellbeing, and lifestyle programmes while managing teams and improving client experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of wellness programmes and client services.
- Develop health, wellbeing, relaxation, and lifestyle improvement initiatives.
- Manage programme teams, schedules, service standards, and client outcomes.
- Review client feedback and improve service quality.
- Build partnerships with wellness providers, corporate clients, and community organisations.
- Track programme performance, budgets, KPIs, and operational goals.
- Support staff training, service consistency, and programme growth.
Requirements
- Experience in wellness services, health programmes, wellbeing management, hospitality, fitness, therapy services, or a related field.
- Previous leadership or programme management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wellness programme planning, client care, service delivery, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes, people, budgets, and service priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, booking systems, CRM tools, and reporting platforms.

Pay: £53,000.00-£115,000.00 per year
