We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Person to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills, including electrical and mechanical. Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and plumbing.
- Supervise maintenance activities, providing guidance and support to junior team members when necessary.
- Assist with organising maintenance schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external requests promptly and professionally.
- A desire to work on historical buildings
