We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in providing efficient office support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks and possess strong organisational skills.
Duties:
- order office supplies
- answering phones
- coordinating meetings
- making travelling arrangements for employees
- keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
- preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- collecting and sorting post
- preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
- participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- working on internal company operating system:
*creating and modifying customer, vendors and item cards
*preparing warehouse receipt, acknowledge new goods on stock and prepare required documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Driving licence
- Fluent in Polish and English
