Pro FS is an independent, family run business which provides Third Party Fulfilment services to
e-commerce retailers in the UK and Europe. We are looking for smart, motivated, hardworking people who can get along with, and support others.
We are looking for Logistics & Inventory Controller to join our Inventory Control Team in our brand-new facility in Milton Keynes.
As Logistics & Inventory Controlleryou will be providing daily support to our Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse inventory metrics and leverage data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure stock accuracy and minimise losses through error investigation and resolution.
- Inventory counts (annual stock takes, cycle and ad hoc counts)
- Master data management (UOM, LOT & expiry dates, product details, min/max)
- FEFO / FIFO monitoring, reporting, and resolving.
- Space utilisation and replenishment analysis.
- Errors and discrepancies investigations.
- Stock adjustments - trend, and route cause analysis.
- Direct client communication via e-mail and telephone.
- Maintain your own personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job.
- Ad hoc warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:
- Accuracy and great attention to detail.
- Thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Good knowledge of Maths.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to follow multiple processes.
- Ability to work at height.
- Forklift licence (Reach Truck, VNA) or willingness to undertake the training.
Preferable:
- Working knowledge of e-commerce fulfilment operations.
- One year experience within similar role.
Terms:
- Full-time 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00.
- Pay rate £14.50 - £15.60 per hour depending on experience.
- Approved overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
- 28 days holiday per annum including UK public holidays (increasing after 3 years’ service)
