Duties/Skills Required: -
- Painting and Decorating, as well as wood staining and other related duties.
- General Maintenance - Any additional skill/experience in the field of general maintenance will be welcome i.e. flooring, carpet laying, plastering etc - helping with all aspects of Hotel maintenance/build duties, which are broad given the nature of our business (i.e. due to the number of guest rooms and varying facilities that we have).
Hours: -
- FULL-TIME – Generally we are looking for someone 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday.
- Weekends - You may be required to join the 'Weekend Rota', which is generally working either 9am-1pm on a Saturday or 9am-4pm on a Sunday on a rota basis (a day off midweek can be allocated if you are working a weekend shift that week). This would only be required approximately 1 in every 6 or so weekends.
- Will average 38-45 hours per week.
Rate of Pay:
- Rates could be discussed at interview, but could very significantly subject to experience/ability, but will likely range from £28,000 - 32,500 per annum (subject to experience/skill level).

- Previous painting & decorating experience essential.
- Fast and conscientious worker

Benefits: -
