Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Shifts between 08:00 – 18:00
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays (28).
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and professional Corporate Receptionist/Host to join our team in the City of London. This is a highly visible and guest-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. You’ll ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure while maintaining a polished and welcoming lobby environment.
Please note: This is a physically active role that involves being on your feet for the majority of your shift. It is not suited for someone seeking a desk-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors and occupants professionally and warmly.
- Host the lobby, proactively directing guests before they reach the reception desk.
- Maintain a pristine reception and lobby area and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with building management and leasing teams to support operations.
- Escort visitors to designated areas when required.
- Assist with app-related queries following troubleshooting protocols.
- Liaise with the security team and operate the viewing gallery system when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies.
- Conduct regular checks on lobby and first-floor areas, reporting issues.
- Respond to emails and inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Support other departments through cross-training when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience Required: 1–2 years in a similar front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role.
