We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and engaging experience while helping them find the right eyewear to suit their needs. You’ll use your communication skills and attention to detail to offer tailored advice, recommend products confidently, and ensure every customer receives excellent service.
You will also be trained in glazing, learning how to fit and finish lenses into frames to a high standard, so a willingness to learn practical, hands-on skills is important.
Duties
- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional service
- Assisting customers in choosing frames and lenses to suit their needs and style
- Recommending products confidently and offering tailored advice
- Managing appointments and handling customer enquiries
- Processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store environment
- Learning and carrying out glazing tasks, fitting lenses into frames with precision
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintaining strong attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements

Pay: From £10.85 per hour
