Omnia Lifestyle is a leading Pain Relief & Management clinic located in leafy Chiswick, West London. We offer our services through a 3-pronged approach featuring state-of-art, conventional and traditional therapies, lifestyle programmes and health screening which makes us one of the few select providers offering a comprehensive approach to healing. We offer a range of therapies such as Photobiomodulation (Whole Body Red Light Therapy), Manual & Automated Lymphatic Drainage, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Ayurveda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Clinic Operations
- Ensure daily clinic readiness — rooms, systems, staffing, and presentation
- Manage clinic flow, diary optimisation, and operational continuity
- Act as key holder and first point of operational contact during clinic hours
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, applicable legislation and internal policies at all times
- Oversee operational performance across modalities
- Monitor and drive KPIs: patient experience, reviews, compliance and clinic readiness
- Implement and manage Clinic Improvement Plans where required
- Manage inventory, budget control and efficient resource utilisation
2 Patient Experience & Sales
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Handle first-line patient concerns and complaints effectively
- Improve patient journeys and support treatment coordination
- Drive revenue by converting clients to sign-up for package offerings and memberships
- Create service awareness by enaging with the local community the clinic serves
- Create and plan marketing initiatives to generate revenue by working closely with the Marketing team
3 Team Leadership & Development
- Provide day-to-day direction to therapists and support staff
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with all clinic staff every month
- Coach and develop team members through structured feedback and support
- Support onboarding and training for new clinic staff
- Handle conduct or performance concerns through the correct systems and processes
4 Governance & Engagement
- Proactively attend monthly or ad-hoc Management meetings to stay informed and support the clinic
- Fromulate and maintain consistent application of SOPs and processes across all clinics
- Report operational risks and material issues to Management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record and experience in a clinic operations or in a service management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
- Commercial awareness with experience in managing KPIs and revenue generation
- Exemplary patient/customer service ethos leading by example
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, results-oreinted and calm under pressure
- Competent with IT systems and MS Office
- Flexible and motivated to grow within a scaling healthcare business
