Within the Intervention Hub teams we use a whole family approach, utilising a solution focused methodology and evidence based interventions to support and empower them in developing and implementing sustainable, long term, solutions to their difficulties. Caseloads will be reflective of the need for intensive intervention with families which will be regularly reviewed and measured against a clear SMART planning process to ensure effectiveness of intervention.
The Intervention Hub work in a trauma informed way using our innovative multi agency partnership model ‘Our Way of Working’.

Within this role you will be required to work flexible hours, including early morning, evening and weekend work according to the service needs. The role is based in Ellesmere Port, however, there will be a requirement to work within the community and across other venues within the Cheshire West and Chester locality.
