Role -
- You will work in a 360 recruitment role
- Business development and growing existing relationships is essential
- Sourcing relevant candidates and assessing their relevance for job opportunities
- Working collaboratively within a close team
- Research into the sector you’re working in to position yourself as an expert
Ideal candidate -
- Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is essential.
- The ability to a Scandinavian language, French, German or Dutch.
- Proven sales background
- Drive and determination to progress your career
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
