We’re on the lookout for a confident, passionate chef to join our small but mighty kitchen at Artist Residence Bristol - a creative townhouse and neighbourhood hangout with a buzzing events space and bar.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running evening services (2–4 per week), often solo - keeping things slick, calm and delicious
- Assisting the Lead Chef where necessary
- Cooking simple but flavour-packed dishes - think pizzas, small plates, and great event food
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised to the highest standards
- Helping plan, prep and deliver party and event menus
- Managing stock and food orders efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–4 years’ kitchen experience required
- Weekend availability is essential - this is when we’re at our busiest
- Reliable, flexible and calm under pressure - with a genuine love for what you do
- Organised and tidy, with excellent food hygiene standards
- Happy to work solo or as part of a small team (1–3 people)
