Our talented team have been brought together from a range of backgrounds, and pride themselves on delivering an exceptional hair experience to each and every client.
Our salon is ready to grow, and is now seeking a talented and passionate stylist/senior stylist to join the team.
SALARY
From £15/hr base
Commission rate dependant on experience/service pricing
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To build and maintain a client base
- Advise on/execute a wide range of cuts and styles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, hairstyles and products
- Execute product advice that generates retail sales
- Maintain outstanding standards of customer service
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Well presented with exceptional personal/communication skills
- High level of technical expertise as well as a natural flair for hair styling
- The ability to work under pressure and remain unphased when working with high profile clients
- Reliable with good time-keeping, well organised and a flexible attitude
- A passion for people, who brings inspiration, enthusiasm and creativity to the team
- A thirst for knowledge, a genuine passion for fashion as well as striving to be the best
TRAINING
- In-house training on a regular basis, if desired
- In-house workshops on new products/services
