Unibox Boxing Rings are a family run business based in the midlands covering boxing events nationwide. We specialised in boxing ring hire and sales for professional, amateur boxing, white collar boxing, all combat sports and tv promotional events. As a business we strive to offer excellent customer service to all our clients. We are now looking to expand our team and continue to grow and develop our business.
Based: Birmingham and North Staffordshire
We are looking for boxing ring installers for events to install boxing rings nationwide. The right candidate should be ambitious and is able to use own initiative to solve problems and learn about events.
For insurance purposes you must be 21 and over with a full UK driving licence that you have held for at least 3 years
Your duties will include:
- Driving, delivering, and installing boxing ring and associated equipment
- Preparing, checking, and loading equipment for events
- A responsible attitude both towards your colleagues and to clients when attending events when delivering or dismantling boxing ring equipment
- While on site during rigs and de-rigs ensuring that you are operating on company standards
- Operating and/or working on live events
- De-rigging and checking equipment boxing ring equipment and offloading into our warehouse
Preferred Requirements:
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence, ideally be over 21 due to our vehicle insurance
- You should be able to display that you regularly use your own initiative.
- A positive and happy attitude as well as a team player.
- Ability to work long hours when required due to the nature of the events industry.
- Ability to resolve issues diplomatically and calmly.
- Must be physically fit
