We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support our Nursery Manager in leading our dedicated team and maintaining the high standards our families know and trust.
About the Role
You will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Lead and inspire a passionate team of practitioners.
- Champion children's wellbeing, learning and development.
- Ensure outstanding care, safeguarding and EYFS practice.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Lead confidently in the Manager's absence.
About You
You will have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable).
- Leadership or senior practitioner experience.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- A passion for child-led learning, outdoor education and creating exceptional experiences for children.
