CCastle is a small and friendly, family-run nursery with a separate preschool on a school-site. We have an excellent and long-established reputation in the community and received a judgement of 'Outstanding' at our latest Ofsted inspection at our Preschool and 'Good' at our nursery.
We can offer a Nursery or Preschool Key person role with a L3 qualification. For the right candidate we could offer a leadership position at our Nursery or Preschool, leading a team Room and leadership training to support career progression. Castle also offers flexible working patterns over 3-5 days per week. We're looking for a kind, compassionate leader who can support our children through the magic of play and coach those within the team to plan and support high-level interactions.
Responsibilities
- Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or QTS and have at least 3 years’ experience working with under 3 year olds.
- Have experience leading a team in planning or independently implementing an exciting and ambitious curriculum.
- Have proficient working knowledge of SEND in Early Years.
- Keen to get outside in all weathers and play on the floor with our youngest explorers!
