We are seeking a motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding therapy team and help us meet growing demand across the school. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social communication, collaborative working, and delivering meaningful outcomes for neurodiverse young people.
About the Role
You will:
- Deliver social communication groups (SaLT‑led)
- Run LEGO®‑Based Therapy sessions
- Provide 1:1 interventions for speech, language, and communication needs
- Complete assessments, reports, EHCP input and progress reviews
- Work closely with staff to support communication-friendly classrooms

About You
- HCPC‑registered SaLT who has completed their RCSLT, Qualified Practitioner competencies and has 2+ years
- Be a member of the RCSLT (Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in social communication, neurodiversity, or ASD
- Organised, proactive, and committed to student wellbeing
