Kickboxing Instructor
Relocation to Jersey (planned start date between April-September 2026)
£36,000 to £42,000 starting salary (after training)

This is a genuinely incredible opportunity for someone who has experience in teaching or coaching martial arts (kickboxing preferably) to children in schools or runs their own children's kickboxing organisation and is seeking a new lease of life!
Our client is an established and forward thinking kickboxing organisation who are passionate about physical activity and getting children active. They deliver martial arts focused programmes across UK and Jersey primary schools and community hubs and are looking for instructors who share their passion of supporting holistic development through kickboxing and physical activity.
Training and ongoing support will be provided by industry experts - and they offer flexible working hours, increased salary potential, and an opportunity to own a part of their business in the future.
How this works:
Depending on your situation - prior to any move to Jersey, you will be trained in their martial arts teaching methods through evening and weekend sessions while you work your current role, receiving up to £500 per month during training to cover your time and commitment. This lets you experience the role and show you can deliver to their standards before fully committing. Once you complete training and you're successful, you will start full-time teaching.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience teaching or leading children's groups (teaching, coaching, youth work)
- Passion for child development and helping each student to be the best they can be
- Be a great communicator and build relationships with all stakeholders
- Natural authority and classroom presence to support all ages
- Energy for active, physical teaching
- Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Passion for fitness, sport, and a healthy, physical lifestyle
- Availability for evening and weekend training sessions across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire
What they provide:
- Full martial arts training to our teaching standard (£500 per month salary during training period)
- All uniform and equipment
- Training with UK-based team
- Small team environment (currently 2 instructors in Jersey)
- Discretionary profit share as company grows
You will be required to deliver a bespoke kickboxing programme to children and young people, complete administration tasks, and be willing to contribute to the growth of the organisation.
