Bar Team Leader – Labyrinth Night Club
About the Role
Labyrinth Night Club is looking for a confident and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our busy nightlife team.
You will be responsible for leading the bar team during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards and helping the bar run smoothly during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the bar team during shifts.
- Allocate bar duties and ensure the team is working efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean and organised throughout the night.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor service speed and ensure drinks are prepared to a high standard.
- Work closely with management and security during busy periods.
- Ensure all licensing, health and safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with opening and closing the bar.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Confident, reliable and able to lead by example.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to stay calm and organised in a busy nightclub environment.
- Flexible to work late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
