Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Paving Gangs. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of paving including but not limited to block paving & kerb laying.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for paving by clearing debris and ensuring proper alignment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to lay asphalt, concrete, or brickwork
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
- Assist in the organisation and clean-up of work sites upon completion of tasks
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools & power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork ethic with effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different project requirements
