Priory Hospital Altrincham has an opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our team.
Priory Hospital Altrincham provides expert treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions.
We also provide established, evidence-based outpatient treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and bipolar disorder. We also offer private autism assessments for adults and children at Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester.

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Provide administrative support across governance, quality, compliance and complaints, helping to ensure the hospital meets regulatory and organisational standards.
- Coordinate investigations, incident reporting and complaint responses, ensuring documentation is accurate and completed within required timescales.
- Monitor patient feedback and quality performance data, identifying trends and supporting continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, organise Clinical Governance meetings and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits and regulatory notifications.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to support quality improvement plans and help promote a culture of patient safety and continuous learning.

Essential for the role
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with colleagues at all levels.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data, reports and administrative systems.
The following experience would be beneficial
- Experience in a Quality, Compliance, Governance or Clinical Administration role.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including CQC requirements and incident reporting processes.
- Experience supporting audits, investigations, complaints management or quality improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience preparing reports, analysing data or identifying trends to support service improvements.
- Experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
