Retail Sales Assistant – Wildfire Vape (Tunbridge Wells)
£12.71 per hour + 1% Uncapped Sales Bonus + Staff Discount

Wildfire Vapes is looking for a reliable, confident and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a position for someone who enjoys responsibility. You will be trusted to open and close the store and work independently for the duration of your shift, so reliability, punctuality and confidence are essential.
Working Hours
Monday: 7:50am – 7:00pm
Tuesday: 7:50am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:50am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 9:50am – 5:00pm
Total contracted hours: 40.5 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
Opening and closing the store.
Running the shop independently throughout your shift.
Providing excellent customer service and product advice.
Processing sales and handling cash/card transactions.
Keeping the shop clean, organised and fully stocked.
Receiving deliveries and replenishing stock.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and store security.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, trustworthy and always punctual.
Comfortable working alone and taking ownership of the store.
Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
Motivated to achieve sales while delivering outstanding service.
Able to use initiative and work without supervision.
Previous retail experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
What We Offer
