We are now looking for a Junior Nail Technician who is passionate about the industry, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their skills and career.
The Role
This is a development-focused, client-facing role where you will begin by supporting the team and gradually building your confidence in delivering nail services to a high standard.
You will receive ongoing training and support to develop your skills, with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified Nail Technician role.
You will also be expected to contribute to the commercial success of the business by:
Supporting client experience
Building confidence in recommending treatments and products
Developing towards KPIs and targets over time
Key Responsibilities Nail Services (Training & Development)
Assist with and gradually perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and gel polish, Builder Gel and Acrylics.
Work towards delivering treatments confidently and professionally
Follow company treatment protocols and standards
Client Experience
Support consultations with guidance from senior team members
Build confidence in recommending treatments and aftercare
Deliver a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience
Learning & Development
Attend internal training sessions and workshops
Develop knowledge of products, treatments, and techniques
Be open to feedback and committed to improving skills
Clinic Standards & Compliance
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Support the team in maintaining high clinic standards
Sales & Progression
Begin to develop confidence in retail and rebooking
Work towards achieving KPIs as skills develop

What You’ll Need
Nail qualification preferred (Level 2 or equivalent), or currently training
Basic understanding of nail treatments
A strong willingness to learn and develop

Working Hours
Wednesday & Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
1st Sunday of each month: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Experience
Customer service experience preferred
Previous beauty/nail experience beneficial but not essential
