We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a passion for customer service who enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy environment. Basic food preparation knowledge is preferred. The role involves preparing food, serving customers, handling cash and card payments, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring every order is prepared and presented correctly.
£7.55 – £12.21 per hour
Shift Availability
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
Lunch shifts: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Evening shifts:
- Option 1: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Option 2: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
You must be available for the required shifts, as exact hours may vary depending on the weekly rota. Additional shifts may also be offered when required. Sundays are closed.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take orders and answer customer questions about products and promotions.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Prepare food quickly and correctly.
- Package and wrap customer orders to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy team.
IMPORTANT – FOOD WRAPPING
Wrapping food is one of the most important parts of this position. A large part of the role involves wrapping food quickly, neatly and correctly, particularly during busy periods.
Applicants must be confident and capable of wrapping food at speed while maintaining a high standard of presentation. This is an essential skill and is not optional.
If you are unable to wrap food efficiently and to the required standard during the hiring process, you will not progress to the next stage.
