LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specialising in Mercedes Benz vehicles to join our dedicated team. Located at our Whitefield dealership, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and quality of our luxury vehicle fleet.
Welcome Bonus: £2000
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: - £31,500 Plus OTE Bonus
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.

Ensure the use of correct parts, lubricants, and materials while keeping detailed service records.

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment.

Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly regarding vehicle conditions and required work.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Mercedes Benz or similar luxury vehicles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid UK driving license.

Willingness to engage in ongoing training, especially in emerging electric vehicle technologies.
