Adore Recruitment is an established independent recruitment agency based in Basildon, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Industrial & Logistics division.

The Role
You’ll manage and develop a busy recruitment desk, working with both existing clients and developing new business across the Industrial & Logistics sector.
Your role will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Building strong relationships with existing clients
- Developing new business and identifying opportunities to grow your desk
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
- Managing temporary workers and ensuring excellent service levels
- Working closely with our payroll and compliance teams
- Growing your desk and increasing revenue
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll already have recruitment experience and understand how to successfully manage and grow a desk.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and commercially minded
- Comfortable developing new business
- Excellent at building client and candidate relationships
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- A strong communicator
- Positive and genuinely enjoys recruitment
Experience within Industrial, Logistics, Driving or Warehousing recruitment would be an advantage, although we’re happy to consider recruiters from other sectors.
