We require a Chef de Partie to join the team at SHU Restaurant, Lisburn Road, Belfast. As a Chef de Partie you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen and be capable of running your own section.
Essential criteria for the role
- Minimum one year's experience in high quality restaurants or hotels
- Commitment in delivering the highest standards
- Must be a great team player
- Must be able to read, follow instructions and converse fluently in the English language
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in fine dining style restaurants or Michelin Bib Gourmand & 2 AA Rosette level or higher restaurants
- An appropriate qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or higher in catering
