Location: Main Road, SO40 4ZH
Job Type: Full-time (39 hours over 4 days, 8am–6pm)
Salary: £14.05 per hour / £28,500 per annum

Nestled in a beautiful natural setting with open outdoor space, we're a nursery where children dig, discover, explore and grow, and so do our staff! We're looking for an experienced, passionate leader to step into a pivotal dual role: championing inclusion as our SENCO and helping shape the future of our setting as Third in Charge. You'll bring:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable)
- Experience working as a SENCO, or significant experience supporting children with SEND
- A confident, calm leadership style and the ability to step up when it counts
- A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and the SEN Code of Practice or a willingness to learn
- Warmth, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire the people around you
- Strong communication skills with children, families, colleagues and external agencies
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
