Your covering letter or personal statement should demonstrate your commitment to the St Helens Borough (particularly Town Centre East and Fingerpost) and the strengths you would bring as Chair of the Neighbourhood Board. You should specifically demonstrate your role within the community and how you meet the person specification. Please clearly outline the below within your covering letter:

- Outline the skillset you believe you will bring to the Town Centre East and Fingerpost Neighbourhood Board.
Prospective Neighbourhood Board Chairs who best meet our requirements will be invited to speak with the Project Team and MP, likely to be the end of June 2026.
